Very good accommodation in Sharm. Cozy place, we had a great time. A variety of delicious meals in the morning, noon and evening. With the beer which, moreover, mostly tasted sweet, and they saved a lot with alcoholic drinks, but despite this, we are completely satisfied with the services provided by the hotel, especially the kindness of the staff. Clean sheets and towels every day, without asking or expecting, plenty of food, maybe sometimes already wasted. The very delicious cakes and the fruit bowl in the room deserve a special mention. Congratulations on the kind hospitality.

Originally I was booked into the Falcon Hills, with the expectation of a cheap hotel but was disappointed, left after one night. recommended to the Tivoli and was delighted with my room, the service was excellent, housekeeping, restaurant and bars. Mr. Moussa at reception made check in very easy and was extremely helpful.

Let me thanking for all staff …welcoming very well and especially mr Ahmed Mousa has very excellent attitude towards the guests and so much helping in every issues. Very supportive person and his personality is very good. Thanks very much for everything and we are planning to return back soon!
